Name of waste, physical-chemical properties, other important information describe the flow
Waste tires and solid vulcanized and unvulcanized rubber residues.

Production process, what inputs influence the process

In the pilot area, the production happens with the manufacturing technology of the world's leading edge. BIRD-X technology is used meaning that production is done without human hands involvement, and the award-winning EXAMATION digital manufacturing technology is also applied. The Tandem Mixer is also the most modern one to produce a better, more homogeneous rubber substance material and a unique, fully automated final control and palletizing system is in operation for the transport and storage of appr. 70,000 tires. Tire manufacturing process generally:

1. Mixing of raw materials (basic rubber, process oil, carbon black, antioxidants, other additives) to form the rubber compound
2. Remilled with additional heating to soften the batch and mix the chemicals
3. The batch goes through a mixer again, where additional chemicals are added to form what is known as the final mix
4. Once a batch of rubber has been mixed, it goes through powerful rolling mills that squeeze the batch into thick sheets.
5. For the beads of a tire, wire bundles are formed on a wire wrapping machine.
6. Extrusion
7. Tire-building machine
8. Curing – vulcanization
9. Quality control
